Why Resilience??

Building Resilience is a fundamental differentiator of sustained success in life.

Resilience is defined as the ability to bounce back from adversity, the difficult times that life always throws at you.

There are three main arenas of the life cycle, where adversity strikes:

A). Psychological Eg emotions of anxiety, sadness, rejection, failure, guilt

B). Social Eg divorce, death of loved one, loss of job, boss from hell

C). Physical Eg pain, cancer, infections, diabetes, trauma, gastric reflux

All humans have the talent to bounce back, but the potential is realized only by the degree of effort you dedicate to develop the diverse skills to bounce back.

Once skills are developing, extra effort allows the skills to become productive, changing the quality of your life.

For example, decision-making is central to leading a thriving life. These are talents that, with effort, can produce better outcomes, and lead to a more adventurous, meaningful life. By reframing your response to situations, you can mindfully redirect your thinking, your emotions and behavior choices. A better outcome.

Building Resilience in the Digital Age aspires and inspires you to learn these skills.

All you need, really, is to put in the effort, to run the yards, to do the lifting when you enroll for and interact with this wonderful, blended, learning experience. Allowing life to unfold experience-by-experience.

NB. WHAT YOU AIM AT, DETERMINES WHAT YOU SEE.

So, do you want a better life?
